Job Description

Below is the SF Sr. Dev JD/TL JD for Service Max:


B Tech / B E (Computer Science/ Information Technology) / MCA/ BCA

6-10 years of IT industry experience

Relevant experience of minimum 6 years in SFDC

Good Experience in developing custom ServiceMax Flows including SFM Wizards, SFM Custom Actions, SFM Mappings

Knowledge of ServiceMax Field Service Application

Knowledge on Installed Products, Warranty Management, Entitlements, Servicemax Profiles, Location Management, Output Documents and other Servicemax functionalities.

Proficiency in Dispatch console/Service Board and creating custom DC settings

Salesforce configuration

Salesforce customization/coding (Apex & Visualforce development) Salesforce data loading & using data loader/Data stage/related tools

Expertise in Salesforce technologies including Sales and Service Cloud, Apex and Visualforce, coding best practices and integration with other systems.

Requirement Gathering, analysing business requirements with customer and the team and developing the solution proposed.

Good understanding & hands-on in designing the web application, configuration, and

customization using

Strong understanding of Salesforce Development Patterns and multitenant architecture model.

Good in Salesforce APIs, REST API, SOAP API, Tooling API, Data Models, and platform Limits.

Good in writing and understanding in apex class, future method, batch apex, Queueable apex, apex trigger.

Good in Visual force, SOQL, Unit Testing.

Good hands-on with Lightning Web Component(LWC) and lightning framework component.

Hands-on with JavaScript Framework (Angular / AngularJs/ JQuery).

Responsible to deploy the high-level solution by considering all best practices.

Prepare test data and plan and conduct basic unit testing or module testing.

Good in debugging and analysing the existing system

Knowledge on creating dashboards in Salesforce.

Should have worked on Lightning components

Certification  - Admin, Sales cloud, App builder, PD1 preferred. Highly preferred to have Servicemax Admin SVMX101 and/or Admin SVMX201.

Good communication skills & Experience in US-client facing role

Lead the delivery of the architecture designs and solution strategy for existing and new ServiceMax implementations
