Job Title- Regional Account Manager

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow assigned strategic accounts in the local market.

•Responsibility to grow Healthcare Staffing revenue through engagement with
key accounts within a defined region. This person will be managing
account(s), post-sale.

• Acts as a liaison between client and recruiter on questions and
escalations involving the healthcare professional.

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospital systems, medical
centers, nursing facilities and allied health centers in NJ, NY & PA.

• Participate in planning with senior leadership to identify sales
strategies, client needs, and the methods that will achieve order fill rate
goals, as well as participate in weekly sales meetings.

• Partner with delivery team to build a recruitment strategy, sourcing
plan, assessment tools, and appropriate job descriptions. Training of
Healthcare Recruiters through full cycle recruitment including selling
strategies and best practices.

• Guide the strategy for assigned accounts to achieve volume goals
through the development and maintenance of long-term relationships with
select customers, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. 

Skills and Qualification Required:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or possesses relevant experience.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare staffing / sales /
account management. Background as a healthcare/travel nurse recruiter in a
staffing and recruiting environment would be a huge plus.

• Good knowledge and understanding of the health care industry,
nursing certifications, immunization records and basic medical terminology.

• Proven leadership, effective communication, and strong task
management.

• Client-facing experience and a proven ability to engage with
customers and build lasting relationships.

• Strong knowledge of various sourcing methods to find and engage
diverse healthcare talent across the competitive landscape.

• Ensure engaging and positive candidate experiences as we continue to
scale our organization.

• Demonstrates strategic thinking, ability to balance short and long-
term goals and gain alignment across multiple decision makers.

• The ability to travel up to 50% of the time, in support of the
business to meet current and potential clients & consultants, attend
conferences and networking events. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
