We are looking for high-performing Inside Sales Executives to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and ensuring that targets are met and exceeded on a regular basis. The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

  • Reaching out to businesses from diverse domains such as fashion, product, food, real estate, jewelry for the company's growth (expanding to new cities in India and overseas)

  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.

  • Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline

  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in any field

  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

  • Fast learner and passion for sales

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

  • Professional, courteous and friendly telephone etiquette

  • Exemplary communication skills in Hindi & English
