Job Summary

Job Title- Sr. Inside Sales/Sr. Account Executive
Shift Timings- 7 PM to 5 AM IST
Location- Vadodara

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual staffing sales targets for assigned clients
• Primary point of contact for a particular account/s
• Work closely with recruiting team to ensure delivery 
• Responsible for direct business
• Map the account: build direct client relationships at all levels throughout the client organization
• Negotiate bill rates with client managers as appropriate
• Resolve client issues under the direction 
• Implement account penetration strategy
• Conduct client meetings to build and maintain relationships
• Submit weekly and other related sales reports

Skills and Qualification Required;

• Bachelor's degree 
• At least 1.5 years to 3 years of Relevant Experience
• Working knowledge of IT skill sets and client business operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to resolve problems
• Able to represent the Company in a professional manner at all times
• Strong working knowledge of PC and related software applications
